Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. LMC La Mirada Concrete reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services
LMC La Mirada Concrete provides professional concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Service availability may vary by location and project scope.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. If conditions change or additional work is required, pricing may be adjusted. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated project timelines based on normal working conditions. Actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays as soon as we become aware of them. You agree that reasonable delays beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time, which are not covered under warranty. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept at a safe distance during construction. You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features before work begins. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or features.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project before work begins with written notice. If materials have been ordered or site preparation has begun, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. Cancellation terms will be detailed in your service contract. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
LMC La Mirada Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California law.
